Practice Starts August 8th
Practices beginning August 8th for the month of August will be Monday – Friday 6:30p-8:00p. For practice locations in the Metropark see the Event tab in our team app.
Once school starts practices will be Mon-Fri 3p-5p.

Most practices and races will take place in metroparks and a park pass is required. Annual permits are $40 and Day Passes are $10.
Bring a water bottle & yoga mat/towel.
