Saturday, Nov. 4 – MHSAA LP Division 2 State Cross Country Finals @ MIS The Huron Boys Cross Country team exceeded expectations, finishing 17th in the state—three spots above their seeded position! Lucas Kuhn crushed his school record by 22 seconds, running an impressive 15:26.3 to place 12th and earn All-State honors. Luke Dulecki placed in the top quarter of the field coming in at 52nd (16:14.8), followed by Cameron Crane in 155th (17:16.2), Kyle Biller in 163rd (17:19.8), Tanner Kuhn in 212th (17:58.7), Louie Macon in 237th (18:32.5), and Broderick Yensch in 243rd (18:43.2). For the girls, Avery Turk shattered her school record by 31 seconds with a time of 18:46.4, placing 29th and earning All-State honors. This is the first sub-19-minute time ever for a Huron girl! Falyn Doss also placed in the top quarter finishing at 61 st (19:29.3).
