Fri. Sept. 9 – Warrior Classic

Huron Boys Cross Country claims the Runner-up trophy at the Warrior Classic. The Chiefs were only five points behind division 1, Monroe HS. Our top five medaled with Ryan Morris in 8^th (17:45), Griffin Mentzer 13^th (18:10), Abdul Ghennewa 15^th (18:14), Lucas Kuhn 17^th (18:25 PR), and Lucas Dulecki 23^rd (18:50 PR). Out of 112 runners Samuel Stanley placed 36th (19:54 PR), Kyle Biller 49^th (20:10), Evan Banas 62^nd (20:48), Jacob Welch 81^st (21:56), and Caiden Siggett 98^th (23:32).

The JV Boys Team also placed 2^nd overall with 7 runners earning medals for placing in the top 20: Cole Druyor 3^rd (21:46 PR), Louie Macon 5^th (22:03 PR), Austin Shastal 6^th (22:04), Garrett Cheney 13^th (23:10), Deegan Richardson 15^th (23:29 PR), Hunter McMahan 16^th (23:39 PR), Broderick Yensch 19^th (24:02). Noah Myshock finished 21^st (24:25), Hunter Szawara 22^nd (24:31), Rocco Sells 23^rd (24:53), Ben Holbrook 24^th (25:45), Drew Blosser 25^th (25:56), Cameron Stewart 32^nd (26:58), Nathan Zakar 36^th (28:15), Jack Fisher 39^th (29:08), Joel Lazenby 42^nd (29:48 PR).
