Sat. Oct. 7 – Wayne County Championship @ Willow Metropark

Huron Cross Country ran in a multi-division competition at the Wayne County Championship meet on Saturday with over 35 schools in attendance.

The Huron Boys Cross Country team earned the Wayne County Division 2 Champion title, their second title on their home course this season, with Lucas Kuhn in 11^th earning a medal in the top 35, Luke Dulecki 45^th (17:30.6), Lucas Worrell 94^th (18:45.6 PR), Cameron Crane 95^th (18:45.7), Kyle Biller 97^th (18:49.3), Louie Macon 107^th (18:58.9 PR), Tanner Kuhn 145^th (20:26.0).

The JV Boys team placed second among division 2 teams, led by Cole Druyor in 77^th (18:53.4 PR) out of 241, Evan Banas 92^nd (20:06.6), Deegan Richardson 119^th (20:51.8), Broderick Yensch 133^rd (21:11.6), Ben Holbrook 138^th (21:11.6), Austin Krause 158^th (21:47.2), Garrett Cheney 173^rd (22:22.3), Garrett Patrick 181^st (22:46.5), Jack Fisher 209^th (24:09.6), Ian Carlile 218^th (25:02.6), Drew Blosser 221^st (25:21.4), Rocco Sells 227^th (26:30.8), Hunter Szawara 228^th (26:31.7), Jacob Bentley 237^th (27:45.0).
