Thurs. Oct. 19 – Huron League Championships @ Willow Metropark

Huron Cross Country took some time to honor our seniors and their parents at the Huron League Championship Meet. Senior yard signs were displayed on the course coming in by the three-mile post. Congratulations Class of 2023-24: Drew Blosser, Natalie Carlile, Garrett Cheney, Abdul Ghennewa, Noah Myshock, Rocco Sells, Hunter Szawara, Roman Whitmore!

Huron Boys XC are Back 2 Back Huron League Champions! The Chiefs had three runners claim 1^st Team All-League Honors led by Lucas Kuhn in 3^rd (16:57.8), followed by Luke Dulecki 4^th (16:59.0), and Abdul Ghennewa in 7^th (17:12.4). Kyle Biller placed 17^th (18:17.8), Louie Macon 22^nd (18:30.9 PR), Lucas Worrell 35^th (19:25.7), and Cole Druyor 41^st (20:29.2).

In the JV race, Huron had four runners place in the top ten with Evan Banas finishing in 4^th (20:10.2), Tanner Kuhn 5^th (20:19.9), Deegan Richardson 8^th (20:55.7), and Broderick Yensch 10^th (21:08.9). Garrett Cheney was right on their heels coming in at 11^th (21:09.4), followed by Ben Holbrook 12^th (21:10.5), Roman Whitmore 14^th (21:45.0), Noah Myshock 20^th (23:38.7), Jack Fisher 21^st (23:55.2), Austin Krause 24^th (24:22.7), Garrett Patrick 25^th (24:23.8), Joel Lazenby 27^th (24:25.9), Drew Blosser 28^th (25:15.2), Jacob Bentley 30^th (26:25.1 PR), Rocco Sells 33^rd (27:37.2), Hunter Szawara 34^th (27:37.8).
