Huron Girls XC Claim Championship Title at Wayne County Championship

Sat. Oct. 8 – Wayne County Championship @ Willow Metropark
Huron Cross Country ran in a multi-division competition at the Wayne County Championship meet on Saturday with over 40 schools in attendance.
The Huron Girls Cross Country team came out on top earning the Girls Division 2 Champion title. Molly Johnston in 20th earned a medal in the top 35 for the multi-divisional competition with Avery Turk finishing in 36th (21:05.5) just one place away from a medal. Breeann Roupe was the Chiefs’ third runner in at 85th (23:33.5) with Falyn Doss 103rd (24:43.2), Kirsten Perecki 104th (24:49.6 PR), Cara Bean 120th (26:27.5) and Danica Lividini 125th (27:01.2).
