Sat. Sept. 17 – Huron Invitational
And onto the Course We Go! Huron XC had a tremendous day out on the cross-country course smashing personal and seasonal records! As a whole, our program dropped a total of 33 minutes and 12 seconds from last week’s race.
The Huron Girls Cross Country team narrowly missed the third-place trophy in another close battle falling just three points short. Molly Johnston running a 20:48.9 PR medaled in 7th and moved up on Huron’s top 20 5K board. Breeann Roupe placed 42nd (24:13.6) out of 110 runners, followed by Maggie Warden 43rd (24:20.4), Falyn Doss 48th (24:29.0 PR), Cara Bean 72nd (26:13.5), Kirsten Perecki 78th (26:41.9 PR), Natalie Carlile 86th (27:40.5), Danica Lividini 98th (29:10.7).
