On such a hot and humid day, the Huron Cross Country Teams were focusing on places not times during the Jefferson Invitational.

The ladies had their top five finish among the top 30 earning medals with Natalie Marek placing 11^th (22:51.9), Elizabeth Anderson 18^th (23:34.0), Breeann Roupe 19^th (23:43.1 PR), Tiffany Burns 24^th (24:14.2), and Ashley Christesen 30^th. Out of 60 runners Kyndy Bennett placed 45^th (27:12.8), Madison Slane 50^th (29:17.0), Emma Randles 51^st (29:53.20). As they ran off to get ready for the Homecoming dance team scores were posted with Huron placing 4^th out of 6 teams with 98 points.
