After a having an off week the Lady Chiefs came ready to play last night against Grosse Ile.  Huron won in 3 sets with scores of 25-17, 20-25, & 25-16.  We've had a successful season, but the last week got the best of us and we struggled against some good teams.  It was great to see them take responsibility and work through the areas where we struggled earlier in the week.  Last night proved their ability to bounce back, and overall played great together.  The win was a total team effort. Our defense was so strong, and enabled both setters to feed our offense effectively. It was a fun game to watch and just the right time for us to turn things around.  Addi Ramsby and Hailey Wisler both had 10 digs.  Lydia Toma played well with having 10 digs, 1 kill, 3 aces, and 19 assists.  Simone Cicotte led the team with 19 kills, 2 aces, and 3 blocks.  Addison Beddow and Addison McFadden also had a strong offensive night with both having 5 kills.
