RIVERVIEW COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: 1.00
The lady chiefs played Riverview Tuesday night at home. A few weeks ago we suffered a tough loss to them. Tuesday was different. Although we started off a bit flat the first set and lost 25-21, the chiefs stepped up and came back winning the next two sets 26-24 & 25-21. The girls are playing well and have worked hard on reducing errors in specific situations. Our defense has remained strong all year and this was a game where our offense really shined.
Maddie Beaubien had a big night having 5 kills and 3 blocks. Ava Russo had a career high of 7 kills and 2 blocks. Addison McFadden led the team with 13 digs, 8 kills, and 3 aces. Brianna Holbrook was a huge defensive threat with having 21 digs and Emily Moreno led with 29 assists.
Way to go Chiefs!!!
