GROSSE ILE HIGH SCHOOL: 1.00
The Chiefs won a close game against Grosse Ile Wednesday night. Despite losing the first set, we came back to win the following sets: 23-25, 25-23 & 25-20. We struggled a bit with consistency and have been focusing more on playing smart. These are the games we learn the most from, and I'm happy to see the team making adjustments each week to continue to improve.
Stat leaders: Raigen Smith with 18 assists and 7 digs; Anna Hussey with 4 aces; Faith Trombly with 12 kills; and Madison Huff with 7 digs.
Wish the Chiefs luck as we head to Bedford High School this Saturday for a tournament.
