Tues. Sept. 28 – Huron League Jamboree #1

The Huron Boys Cross Country team was more fortunate with their day than their counterpart. The Chiefs set 8 personal records and had one runner recognized in the top 14, with Ryan Morris in 10^th (17:37.1).  Griffin Mentzer placed 22^nd (18:37.2 PR) out of 100 runners, Breen Patrick 26^th (18:58.2), Tyler Doss 29^th(19:01.4), Owen Lazenby 32^nd (19:13.6 PR), Evan Banas 34^th (19:20.7 PR), Lucas Worrell 45^th (20:02.0), Caiden Siggett 48^th (20:12.1), Kyle Biller 49^th (20:13.4), Jacob Welch 56^th (20:41.4 PR), Roman Whitmore 62^nd (21:08.2), Miles Fichtner 70^th (21:30.1), Samuel Stanley 72^nd (21:31.4), Garrett Cheney 74^th (21:53.9 PR), Hunter Szawara 79^th (22:35.4), Trent Doss 83^rd (23:45.3 PR), Nathan Zakar 84^th (23:48.5), Charlie Hoke 87^th (24:25.4), Deegan Richardson 90^th (25:04.3 PR), Rocco Sells 92^nd (25:15.5), Kragen Patrick 96^th (25:55.3 PR). The team placed 5^th overall with fourth place Milan in their sights for the next Jamboree.
