Sat. Oct. 12 – Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard Invitational

Hudson Mills proved to be a fast course once again as 18 Huron runners set new personal records while wearing their pink out jerseys in support of breast cancer awareness.

The Huron Boys Varsity Team had one runner under 17 minutes with an additional four under 18 minutes and set four new personal records. Drew Bean was the top finisher for the Chiefs in 12^th place breaking 17 minutes with a time of 16:54.9 PR earning a medal. Ayden Roupe in 18^th (17:03.3 PR) and Ryan Morris 20^th (17:07.4 PR) also earned medals for placing in the top 24. Gabe Welch was 75^th (18:27.0) and Austin Fritz ~76^th (18:27) out of 130 runners. The team placed 5^th out of 17 teams with a narrow 12 point spread to 3^rd place.

The JV Boys Team placed 3^rd out of 15 teams with their top 5 runners earning ribbons for placing in the top 25: Lawrence Stanley 12^th (18:45.0 PR), Domenic DiMambro 13^th (18:47.1), Griffin Mentzer 14^th (18:50.5 PR), Drew Slane 23^rd (19:11.0 PR), and Lake Warden 25^th (19:17.9 PR). Out of 195 runners Kyle Meeker finished 30^th (19:23.6 PR), Owen Lazenby 40^th (19:45.1 PR), Nathan Holder 59^th (20:09.6), Matthew Hibbs 60^th (20:10.5 PR), Miles Fichtner 85^th (20:52.9 PR), Kaden Tenaglia 95^th (21:04.3 PR), Andrew Catalano 104^th (21:14.8 PR), Tyler Doss 106^th (21:15.9 PR), Samuel Stanley 107^th (21:17.7 PR), Breen Patrick 112^th (21:26.4), Kyle Murney 118^th (21:35.2), Jacob Welch 131^st (22:05.3 PR), Randy Hoffon 132^nd (22:06.5), Jacob Lerette 137^th (22:23.9), Jack Doxey 140^th (22:40.9), Edison Carlile 143^rd (22:47.8), Charlie Hoke 170^th (25:03.9 PR), Trent Doss 191^st (29:31.9). The JV squad had an impressive total of 14 personal records.
