ST. MARY CATHOLIC CENTRAL: 7
The Chiefs had only recorded one victory at Navarre Field in the past 30 years. However, after an emotional first half that included key injuries and saw 4 different QB's take a snap, the Huron Chiefs walked off the field with a victory over a great SMCC program 26-7. The offensive line was outstanding as they lead the way for Tycen Stevens to rush for 115 yards. Chase Molnar added 63 rush yards after being called to lead the Chiefs at QB in the second half. It was another great defensive effort that was lead by Tyler Short, Caden Galinis, Kam Buettner, Jayden Craig, Matthrew Williams, and Isaac Smith. The Chiefs will host a tough Milan next week at Arrowhead Stadium.
