Our girls played really well last night. Jefferson has in my opinion one of the best and scrappiest defenses in the Huron league, we would run offensive plays that I thought were going to for sure be recorded as kills and they would somehow manage to pick the ball up and rerun it. However that didn't stop our girls, they dug deep, got griddy, and found a way to score points. They battled hard the entire night and were constantly making corrections and adjustments if they made an error. Their defense and serve receive were both very good last night and the way they came together as a team to keep each other positive even when we were behind was the reason I believe we won the game. The girls even came back from a 0-7 deficit in the 3rd set to win it! Huron won 3-0 our scores were Set 1: 27-25, Set 2: 25-22, Set 3: 25-23
