Chiefs Able To Hold On For the Victory Against Milan

The Huron Chiefs Volleyball team jumped out to a quick start on Monday night in their home opener against Milan, by winning the first two sets, 25-23 and 25-17. However, Milan wouldn't go away quietly, coming from behind in the third set to steal one away from the Chiefs, 25-27. Milan continued to stay aggressive in the fourth set, winning 22-25, forcing a fifth set tie-break. The Chiefs were able to jump out to an early lead in the fifth set, thanks to strong serving and several errors by Milan. They were able to carry that momentum forward and close out the fifth set 15-9, winning a tough fought match by both teams.
