Huron welcomed the Falcons to Arrowhead to play the 2nd game of the Huron League schedule.  6 minutes in Travis Russell assisted Brendan Robbins for his 6th goal of the season.  Minutes later Alex Davenport scored his first of 3, yes 3, from Sal Marchionda. Smcc tied the game right back up when all stater, Zac Cepo decided to score 2.  Halftime was when the Chiefs realized that the Falcons are always a well prepared team and they needed to step up the pace.  In second half action Brendan Robbins smacked a shot off of the far stick  while Sam Hughes and Jacob O’Neil continued to break down the outsides.  Travis Russell had his second assist of the night to Davenport just before Brendan Robbins assisted Davenport.  Ricky Emelian and Davenport almost connected for Davenport’s 4th but Davenport was having none of that and decided to play the ball over the open goal so SMCC could have a goal kick.  Senior Jordan Comilla had a rocket of a shot after a near perfect 1st touch that was covered quickly by the Falcon keeper.  Cody Brenner and Braden Damiani shared goalkeeping duties for Huron and worked well with what is quickly becoming a strong duo of Owen Barnes and Mackennon Dolencic. 

Chiefs are back in action Wednesday against Riverview at Riverview. Coach may not be there though, he has to panhandle earlier that afternoon to pay off a pizza debt he found himself drowning in.
