The Chiefs competed at the 51st annual Monroe County Sheriff's Invitational hosted by Monroe Jefferson HS. Overall the team finished in 3rd place. Taking home gold was Braydon Hall and Drew Ladach. Our lone runner up was Daniel Hubbard. In third was Carson Gemmel, Daniel Gemmel, Josh Hubbard and Colton Marentette. In fifth was Nate Matsos and Landon Julio. Sixth was Caleb Frazier and Austin Bentley.

Varsity Wrestling Team improved their record to 3-0 defeating Lincoln Park 55-18 and Trenton 66-12. Finishing 2-0 on the day was Caleb Frazier, Carson Gemmel, Daniel Gemmel, Trever Davis, Braydon Hall, Josh Hubbard, Nate Matsos, Drew Ladach, and Daniel Hubbard.

The Varsity Chiefs competed at the Don Johnson Invitational hosted by Lansing Eastern HS. The team overall placed 2nd out of 16 teams falling by a slim margin to St. Johns. Taking home first was Carson Gemmel, Landon Julio, Drew Ladach, and Daniel Hubbard. Finishing third was Colin Miles, Daniel Gemmel, and Braydon Hall. Finishing in 4th was Caleb Frazier. Finishing 5th was Nate Matsos, and finishing in 6th was Colton Marentette.

The Varsity Wrestling Chiefs opened up their season at Saline High School defeating the Hornets 54-27. Walking away 1-0 to start the year was Cami Krzciuk, Carson Gemmel, Cayden Banko, Landon Julio, Braydon Hall, Josh Hubbard, Nate Matsos, Drew Ladach, and Brody Curley.
