We played another tough game against a good Riverview team but came up short. Our kids kept battling just needed a few more possessions to go our way.

Coaches Comment: We struggled to score and defend in the first quarter and dug ourselves a big hole. However, the team showed great resiliency and toughness to battle back in the second half. There is a lot to build on from this game. Incredible defense by Cash Muzzy and Alex Tejeda-Walker.

It was a tough Huron League game tonight against Grosse Ile. We played solid on both ends. Zennon Grant tied his career high with 20 points.
I was proud of how our team battled for most of the night, but we need to find a way to play four solid quarters of basketball. Seven players contributed on the offensive side, led by two sophomores, Cole Forster (13 points) and Jakob Furkas (12 points).
It was an overall team effort tonight. We played with good energy and a sense of urgency. We were led by Zennon Grant (20 pts) and Alex Tejeda-Walker (19 pts).
It was great to win in front of our home crowd, especially for our Coming Home game. We were led by our crowned King, Alex Tejeda-Walker, who scored 24 points. There isn't a better person who represents our community and our program; I am extremely happy for him.
We knew it would be a tough game tonight against a physical, well-coached team. We battled, but we have to find ways to make the plays to win games down the stretch.

This was a big win for the Huron Chiefs basketball program against our rival school. The entire team deserves the credit, and I couldn’t be happier for them. It was great to celebrate with the fans post-game, a memory that will last forever.
This was an all-around team win tonight, and it started with our defense, especially in the second half. Four players scored double digits, led by Zennon Grant, who scored 16 points.
