Ayden Hosfelt took the bump for the Chiefs in Game # 2 and took the loss in a close 7-6 loss.  Like the first game, the Chiefs took a commanding lead in the first inning collecting 5 runs.  "Batting around" with 4 hits and 4 walks, Jayden Morse, Cole Grunwald, Shane Mitchell and Ayden Hosfelt all chipped in.  Collecting RBI's in the first inning were Grunwald with 1 and Hosfelt with 2. 

Despite the lead, the Jets fought back to tie the game in the second inning.  With 4 hits and 3 errors the Jets tied things up a 5 apiece.  Hosfelt fought hard on the mound and tired a little in the 3rd allowing 3 hits and 2 runs to score. Dalton Lavoy took over and had allowed only 1 hit and stuck out 1 with 2 walks.  

After the 1st inning bombardment, the Huron batters struck out 10 time of the 12 players to make outs in the next 4 innings.  They also had 3 hits over the next 4 but battled within a run by scoring a run in the 4th inning.  Matthew Williams singled, stole second and scored on a single by Cole Grunwald and Lucas Manthei followed with another hit.  

The Chiefs take on Milan on Friday for a DH.
