Huron League Jamboree #2, October 5, 2021

At the second Huron League Jamboree the Renton Girls XC Team started the evening off with some outstanding running, they placed 2^nd out of 7 teams missing first by just 5 points. Led by a great performance by Avery Turk who place 1^st (12:40.5PR) overall, out of 55 runners, followed by Falyn Doss 5^th (14:08.3), Maiya Thomas 12^th (15:28.9), Maggie Mentzer 13^th (15:36.6) they were recognized for their top 14 finish. Other finishers include Kirsten Perecki 16^th (16:11.4), Ryan Cheney 34^th (18:26.9PR), Stella Mac 35^th (19:00.5), Julia Welch 36^th (19:01.2), Kayla Tarjeft 40^th (19:53.6), Brooklyn Ladach 43^rd (20:49.1), and Ivy Akenbauer 48^th (22:44.0PR).

The Renton Boys XC team proved to be a force to be reckoned with. They came out and scorched the competition as a team, they placed 1^st out of 7 teams, beating second place by over 20 points.  Luke Dulecki took 2^nd (11:53.0) out of 82 racers, Louie Macon 7^th (12:53.8), Ryan Biller 8^th (13:02.4PR), Jordan Stasak 11^th (13:12.6), Ian Akenbauer 12^th (13:13.6PR) placed in the top 14. Followed by the Renton boys finishers, Kyle Siggett 15^th (13:28.8), Mason Thomas 27^th (14:36.6), Cole Druyor 30^th (14:47.2PR), Will Ryan 32^nd (14:55.9PR), Austin Krause 43^rd (15:57.3), Liam Holdwick 46^th (16:33.6PR), Aiden Hebert-Foe 48^th (16:43.3), Joel Lazenby 53^rd (17:13.8PR), John Lapointe 67^th (18:54.7), Adam Barnabei 68^th (19:00.5), Ethan Brophy 74^th (21:23.7), Oliver Scherz 75^th (21:39.9), Elijah Covieo 76^th (21:40.1PR), Henry Broughton 77^th (21:41.4), and Dylan McDonald 81^st (29:15.5).
