Marauder Invite, October 2, 2021

At the Marauder Invite the girls team finished right in the mix of it all, placing 7th out of 13 teams. The girls had two place in the top 30, Avery Turk 3rd (12:44.4PR) and Falyn Doss 21st (13:41.3PR) both collecting a medal. They were among the seven girls that picked up a personal record (PR) in the race.  Additional finishers, Maggie Mentzer 49th (15:23.0), Kirsten Perecki 60th (15:46.4), Amelia Szawara 105th (17:41.7PR), Stella Mac 107th (17:43.6), Kayla Tarjeft 125th (18:36.5PR), Ryan Cheney 141st (19:55.5), Brooklyn Ladach 146th (20:09.8PR), Ivy Akenbauer 167th (22:52.3) out of 180 competitors.

The Renton Boys XC team was one position away from a team trophy placing 4th out of 14 teams. Luke Dulecki 6th (11:52.0), Jordan Stasak 25th (12:52.2PR), Louie Macon 26th (12:54.8), lead the team, all placing in the top 30 obtaining medals. The boys also had seven that achieved a PR in the race. Ian Akenbauer finished 39th (13:19.8), Mason Thomas 42nd (13:22.9PR), Kyle Siggett 44th (13:25.2PR), Austin Krause 95th (15:01.3PR), Cole Druyor 98th (15:05.4), Max Banas 102nd (15:14.9PR), Will Ryan 136th (16:59.0), Liam Holdwick 143rd (17:39.0), Joel Lazenby 145th (17:58.8PR), Adam Barnabei 155th (18:44.1), John Lapointe 159th (19:09.1), Henry Broughton 166th (20:27.3), Oliver Scherz 168th (21:05.9PR), and Dylan McDonald 178th (25:10.4) out of 180 contestants.
