After all the rain from the week the CC course at Sterling State Park was a sloppy mess but the Renton girls CC team ran tough. As a team, they place 3^rd out of 9 teams. Renton had three runners placed in the top 20 and received a medal, Avery Turk 6^th (14:29.8), Falyn Doss 10^th (14:43.7), and Maya Thomas 14^th (15:00.4). Renton’s other finishers are Maggie Mentzer 30^th (16:11.9), Kirsten Perecki 38^th (16:41.0), Julia Welch 79^th (19:42.3), Ryan Cheney 81^st (19:51.5PR), Amelia Szawara 85^th (20:40.0), Stella Mac 92^nd (21:03.3), Kayla Tarjeft 102^nd (21:56.2), Brooklyn Ladach 103^rd (21:59.8), and Ivy Akenbauer 108^th (23:40.5) out of 120 runners.  

The Renton boys Cross Country team put in a great performance despite the, even more, deteriorated course, having to run later in the evening. They also took 3^rd as a team out of 10 teams. Renton boys had four receive a medal for their top 20 finish, Luke Dulecki 2^nd (12:04.9), Jordan Stasak 10^th (13:22.0), Ryan Biller 12^th (13:35.9), and Ian Akenbauer 16^th (13:45.8). The boy's other finishers out of 149 racers are, Kyle Siggett 21^st (14:08.7), Louie Macon 22^nd (14:11.2), Cameron Crane 29^th (14:22.6), Mason Thomas 29^th (14:30.9), Cole Druyor 52^nd (15:21.2PR), Austin Krause 72^nd (16:25.0), Max Banas 78^th (16:36.9), Aidan Herbert-Foe 96^th (17:38.2), Liam Holdwick 121^st (19:16.4), John Lapointe 123^rd (19:23.3), Henry Broughton 129^th (19:59.0), Ethan Brophy 136^th (21:09.2), AJ Barnabei 137^th (21:15.2), and Elijah Covieo 143^rd (23:21.0).
