September 22, 2019-Jefferson Invite

              The heat and humidity in Monroe was a definite factor, at the Jefferson Invite for the Renton girls. They ran hard in spite of the heat and did as well as they could. The Renton girls team placed 8^th out of 11 teams. Leah Emch 6^th (13:38) received a medal for her top twenty finish. Other finisher Maggie Warden 32^nd (15:49), Maggie Mentzer 42^nd (16:35), Kirsten Perecki (18:53), Natalie Carlile 77^th (18:54), Shayla Vandiver 78^th (18:56), Amelia Szawara 107^th (21:55), Kaden Zakar 113^th (23:47), and Elyse McGunagle 114^th (24:03).

              The Renton boys fought through the heat and did very well. The boys placed 2^nd out of fourteen team earing a trophy for being one of the top two teams. They also had 3 finish in the top twenty and receive a medal Caiden Siggett 7^th (13:07), Luke Dulecki 16^th (13:47), and Ryan Biller 18^th (13:50). Other finishers Noah Myshock 24^th (14:02), Liam Hilliker 47^th (14:31), Garrett Cheney 47^th (15:04), Evan Banas 55^th (15:37), Nathan Zakar 59^th (15:44), Lucas Worrell 74^th (16:06), Kyle Biller 78^th (16:28), Zachary Taylor 108^th (18:17), Gavin Scannell 118^th (18:59), Hunter Szawara 119^th (18:59), Austin Shastal 140^th (23:32), Joel Lazenby 145^th (25:20), and Cameron Stewart 148^th (25:53).
