              In the first of three Huron League Jamborees the Renton girl’s cross-country team ran hard in long grass of Milan’s open fields. The girls took fourth place as a team out of seven teams. They also had two girls be recognized for their top ten placing, Leah Emch 2^nd (13:21) and Maggie Warden 6^th (13:56). Followed by Maggie Mentzer 20^th (15:40), Kirsten Perecki 30^th (16:45), Natalie Carlile 34^th (17:12), Addison Beddow 36^th (17:17PR), Falyn Doss 37^th (17:17PR), Shayla Vandiver 41^st (17:44), Olivia Feldpausch 44^th (17:55), Kaden Zakar 63^rd (20:32), Eylse McGunagle 68^th (21:06) and Ameilia Szawara 70^th (22:47).

              Renton boys’ team ran just a well despite the long grass, open fields and running so late in the evening. The boy’s as a team finished in a tighter pack placing them one spot higher as a team, placed third out of eight team. Caiden Siggett (12:39) finished 3^rd out of 88 runners and received recognition for being in the top ten. He was followed by Ryan Biller 12^th (13:29), Luke Dulecki 14^th (13:33), Noah Myshock 16^th (13:37), Liam Hilliker 30^th (14:24PR), Garrett Cheney 31^st (14:32), Kyle Biller 34^th (14:42PR), Evan Banas 38^th (15:05), Hunter Szawara 39^th (15:07PR), Nathan Zakar 40^th (15:12), Lucas Worrell 51^st (15:50), Zachary Taylor 57^th (16:25), Austin Shastal 76^th (19:57), Cameron Stewart 80^th (21:27PR), and Joel Lazenby 81^st (21:34).
