            It was a beautiful day for a race, the sun was out and not too hot. The girls ran a great race at the Huron Invite.  Renton girls placed 9^th out of 19 teams and had one runner place in the top 25 and receive a medal. Leah Emch (12:41PR) placed 6^th out of 210 runners followed by Maggie Warden 42^nd (14:10), Maggie Mentzer 70^th (15:13), Kirsten Perecki 89^th (15:57), Olivia Feldpausch 118^th (17:01), Falyn Doss 129^th (17:25), Shayla Vandiver 131^st (17:27), Addison Beddow 139^th (17:45), Naitlie Carlile 157^th (18:33) and Elyse McGunagle 177^th (19:56).

The boys team also had a great race.  There were a lot of runners and very good competition. The Renton boys placed 8^th out of 17 team. They were led by Caiden Siggett (12:40) and placed 29^th out of 263, followed by Noah Myshock 39^th (12:50PR), Luke Dulecki 53^rd (13:12), Garrett Cheney 100^th (14:14PR), Evan Banas 101^st (14:14PR), Lucas Worrell 133^rd (15:20PR), Cole Druyor 158^th (15:58), Zachary Taylor 164^th (16:05), Gavin Scannell 188^th (16:48), Austin Shastal 240^th (19:38), and Cameron Stewart 257^th (22:06).
