October 3, 2018- Jamboree #2

            Renton boys team had a great race in the second Huron League Jamboree at Sterling State Park. The boys finished in 1^st place a team out of 8 teams with a score of 40 points beating the next team by 28 points. They also had four of them who were recognized for their top ten finish, Brady Fleszar 4th (11:47), Ryan Morris 6^th (12:18), Caiden Siggett 8^th (12:39), and Griffin Mentzer 9^th (12:46).  Other Finisher are Drew Slane 13^th (13:35), Gavin O’Hara 30^th (15:02), Samuel Stanley 32^nd (15:03), Noah Myshock 37^th (15:23PR), Rocco Sells 40^th (15:26), Liam Hilliker 41^st (15:29), Garrett Cheney 42^nd (15:33), Nathan Zakar 51^st (16:00), Hunter Szawara 57^th (16:18), Evan Banas 61^st (16:32), Ryan Anderson 62^nd (16:34), Jacob Welch 65^th (16:38), Jack Miller 66^th (16:39), Kyle Biller 70^th (16:49), Zachary Taylor 73^rd (16:53), Gavin Scannell 84^th (19:03), and Lucas Worrell 86^th (19:17).

            The Renton girls team not to be out done, took first as a team out of 7 team with a score of 22 points beating the next team by 33 points.  They had six place in the top ten out of 84 runners and received recognition, Breeann Roupe 1^st (13:10), Abigail Murphy 2^nd (13:18), Gia Dean 5^th (13:40), Tiffany Burns 6^th (13:55), Leah Emch 9^th (14:13), and Elizabeth Anderson 10^th (14:21). Other finishers are Maggie Warden 11^th (14:29), Madeleine Furkas 21^st (15:16), Madison Connor 25^th (15:50), Cara Bean 34^th (16:13), Olivia Feldpausch 39^th (17:04), Natalie Carlile 41^st (17:18PR), and Hannah Gyolai 57^th (18:53).
