Sat. Sep. 29 – Marauder Invitational

At the Marauder Invitational the Huron Boys Cross Country team finished in 7^th place out of 16 teams with 175 points. Adam Mentzer placed 23^rd (18:02.3) out of 108 runners earning a medal for his top 25 finish. Drew Bean, one place away from a medal, finished in 26^th (18:08.3), Ayden Roupe 34^th (18:27.0), Gabe Welch 37^th (18:33.0), Brendan Gyolai 55^th (19:10.4), Remy Emelian 69^th (19:33.2), Sean Morris 75^th (19:55.1).

The JV Boys team placed 10^th out of 18 teams. Austin Fritz finished in 57^th (19:24.1) out of 315 runners, Domenic DiMambro 80^th (19:54.4), Lawrence Stanley 126^th (20:44.9), Nathan Holder 142^nd (21:05.3), Edison Carlile 149^th (21:11.7), Lake Warden 153^rd (21:15.4), Owen Lazenby 154^th (21:16.7), Kyle Meeker 156^th (21:17.9), Erie Thomas 175^th (21:44.1), Keegan Ehrman 188^th (22:06.7), Caleb Ferguson 195^th (22:17.3), Kyle Murney 205^th (22:27.3), Miles Fichtner 215^th (22:55.9), Jacob Lerette 227^th (23:16.8), Antonio Chambers 228^th (23:18.0), Kaden Tenaglia 231^st (23:22.0), Jamison Gambino 258^th (24:33.1), Ben Oaks 268^th (25:09.4), Jack Doxey 272^nd (25:23.5), Tyler Doss (22:20* 2-mile time).

The Varsity Girls team, with 3 personal records, placed 5^th out of 13 teams with 168 points. Natalie Marek finished 17^th (21:40.3 PR) out of 85 runners and earned a medal for her top 25 finish. Abby Biundo was also one place away from a medal placing 26^th (22:25.8), Ashley Christesen 29^th (22:49.1), Ellie Fichtner 40^th (23:21.4), Jordan Roberts 57^th (24:11.0 PR), Olivia Randles 59^th (24:15.0), Kyndy Bennett 70^th (25:11.6 PR).

In the Girls JV race, Miranda Marek placed 72^nd (25:19.0) out of 186 runners, Julia Wilkinson 110^th (26:36.0) and Caitlin Roupe 120^th (27:06.7).
