Four RBI Day For Addison Ramsby Brings Victory For Renton Junior High Chiefs 8th Grade Softball Over Grosse Ile
Addison Ramsby drove in four on two hits to lead the Chiefs past Grosse Ile 19-3 on Friday. Ramsby drove in runs on a single in the first and a double in the fourth.
Renton scored seven runs in the second inning. The Chiefs put the pressure on, lead by singles by Rylie Greggo, Brooke Zaborowski and Ellen Town, fielder's choices by Paige Bruning and Taylor Mitter, and an error on a ball put in play by Ramsby.
Brielle Musallam led things off in the circle for the 8th grade Chiefs. The right hander went two innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out three and walking zero.
The team racked up 14 hits in the game. . Town and Greggo each managed three hits, and the Chiefs didn't commit a single error in the field.
