SIMPSON MIDDLE SCHOOL: 0
The eighth grade softball team opened their season with a fierce victory after defeating Flat Rock 10-0. Big bats contributed to the 10-0 mercy with Sierra Diegel, Savannah Karver, and Madison Miles all hitting triples in the third inning. Madison Miles, Karmen Dotson, and Kylie Drys all contributed with some great catches. Sierra Diegel pitched an outstanding game, and there were no holes in the defense behind her.
