The chiefs had no issues beating Flat Rock Monday night.  The girls played well overall.  We have some things we still need to work through and that will come with more reps and practice, but our consistency and effort is what keeps us competitive even on an off night.  Our defense is very strong.  This group is very athletic, and we have been doing well at being more disciplined and making smart plays.  Our offense is coming along nicely, but we still haven't hit our potential.  I have no doubt that will come given the amount of work our girls have been putting in during practice.  This group works hard and does well with making adjustments.  Flat Rock is always a tough match up and the chiefs came ready to play.  We won all 3 sets with scores of 25-20, 25-16 & 25-16.  

Addison McFadden and Cami Konarski led the team each having 4 kills and 4 aces. McFadden also had 7 digs. Brianna Holbrook was strong defensively with 10 digs. Emily Moreno led with 16 assist and 2 aces.

Wish us luck as we face Grosse Ile Wednesday night at 5:30!
