Monday nights game was a slow start for the Chiefs. The Chiefs lost the first set 14-25. It didn't take long for them to turn things around and win the next two sets for the win: 25-16 & 25-18. It was a great comeback and not always something easy to do. Although they were down, the girls pulled through and made the adjustments they needed to win. I'm proud of them for being able to do that despite the way they started. I'm glad to see they took charge and got the WIN! They work hard and deserve it.
Come cheer us on Wednesday night as we play our last home again against Monroe Jefferson at 5:30.
Stat leaders: Hannah Wellman 6 kills, 1 block; Madison Huff 5 aces; Lila Monte 4 aces, 10 digs; and Raigen Smith 7 digs, 11 assists.
