• Brooklyn Derwoed came to ballpark and meant business on Friday, tallying four hits and leading Huron Chiefs Jv Softball to a 20-14 win over Clinton Red Skins.  Derwoed singled in the first, singled in the third, tripled in the fourth, and doubled in the fifth.
• There was plenty of action on the basepaths as Huron Chiefs Jv Softball collected 18 hits and Clinton Red Skins had ten.
• Huron Chiefs Jv Softball fired up the offense in the first inning.  Huron Chiefs Jv Softball scored one run on a stolen base.
• Clinton Red Skins scored six runs in the second inning.  York, Graves,  Lawler, and Sternespowered the big inning with RBIs.
• Claire Setser got the win for Huron Chiefs Jv Softball . Setser surrendered eight runs on four hits over two innings, striking out four.  Veronica Richardson threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.
• Ramos toed the rubber for Clinton Red Skins. Ramos went five innings, allowing 20 runs on 18 hits and striking out five.
• Huron Chiefs Jv Softball had 18 hits in the game.  Derwoed, Emily, Julia Petrut, Brianna Scott, Richardson, Setser, and Audrey Johnson each managed multiple hits for Huron Chiefs Jv Softball .  Derwoed led Huron Chiefs Jv Softball with four hits in five at bats. Derwoed led Huron Chiefs Jv Softball with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with seven stolen bases.
• N Abram went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Clinton Red Skins in hits. Clinton Red Skins tore up the base paths, as four players stole at least two bases. Ramos led the way with three.
