A soft wind peacefully caressed the Huron Girls as they relentlessly dominated the visiting team.  Gabby Emelian scored like her upteenth goal of the season to start the scoring off. Up 1-0, the Chiefs displayed their awesomeness with the powerful back line of Addison Dolencic, Molly Johnston, Sophia Plooy, Faith Trombly, Riley Humeniak and Sarah Stewart.  Addison Bozynski, Ava Plackowski, Sloane Moutus and Kendyl Sikorski out worked the visiting Carlson team in the middle of the field to prove only Chiefs would be winning on this field tonight.  After the first 35, the score was tied 1-1 despite the Chiefs limiting the opposing team to zero shots....... how does this happen?????.......well.........never mind it just did.  Second half action resumed with Shaylyn Carpenter, Keely Bennett and Danica Lividini running down every forward ball as if it was the Ice Cream Man on a hot day.  Then it happened, Addison Bozynski laced up a beautiful shot that shook the goal sending the Chiefs into the lead for the win.  I nearly forgot to mention how Hannah Purcell carved through the opposing team with style and grace.  What a group of girls, What a team!!
