The Chiefs earned their first victory of the season with an impressive win over Monroe Jefferson Thursday evening. The Chiefs were able to get the offense started early on never looked back. Good ball movement helped create plenty of shot opportunities, Freshman guard Gabby Emelian led the Chiefs with a season high twenty points. Rylie Cassette, Lila Monte, Maddie Singer, and Callie Eaton all had four points a piece. Addison Bozynski, Hannah Purcell, and Saige Chaffin each had a bucket also. The Chiefs defense was working well as they only allowed eighteen points. The Chiefs continue to improve every game and our looking forward to an exciting season.
