MONROE HIGH SCHOOL: 36
The Chiefs took a tough loss Tuesday evening in their home opener with Monroe High. After a solid first half the Chiefs struggled to score in the second, allowing Monroe to pull away. Leading the Chiefs was Sophomore guard Maddie Singer who had seven points. Both Sophomore forward Maggie Warden and freshman guard Gabby Emelian had five points a piece. Junior center Saige Chaffin had three points, and sophomore forward Hannah Purcell had two. The Chiefs look forward to Garden City Friday night!
