The Chiefs took a tough loss Monday evening vs Grosse Ile. The matchup was close throughout, with multiple lead changes. The Chiefs were finally edged out in the last few minutes of the fourth quarter. Freshman Emma Sic lead the Chiefs with eight points. Marissa Jackson had a good night, putting six points on the board. While Hannah Purcell, Tiffany Burns, Elizabeth Anderson, Melissa Mentzer, Rebecca Mitchell, and Saige Chaffin all contributed to the score board before the final buzzer rang. The Chiefs defense continues to improve with every matchup. Great job Chiefs!
