MILAN HIGH SCHOOL: 24
The Chiefs gained another victory Thursday night with a close win over Milan. The matchup was the most physical game the Chiefs have played, but they held strong and were able to pull off the victory with some late scoring. Both Melissa Mentzer, and Hannah Purcell had seven points on the night. Saige Chaffin put five points on the board. Elizabeth Anderson, Tiffany Burns, and Madeline Singer all had four points a piece. Emma Sic got one to fall before the final buzzer rang. The Chiefs played well defensively and were able to pull down some key rebounds that helped lead to the win The Chiefs are now looking forward to Grosse Ile Monday night at home! Good Luck Chiefs!!
