TRENTON HIGH SCHOOL: 16
The JV Lady Chiefs earned their first victory of the season tonight with a 44-16 final vs Trenton. It was a complete team win with 9 out of 12 girls scoring points tonight. Maya Vargo lead the way with 10 points. Tiffany Burns and Elizabeth Anderson both had 8 points. Brooke Leporowski and Victoria Kirk both hit 3 point shots and finished with 5 points each. Harlie Blosser, Becca Mitchell, Saige Caffin, Gabby Ison and Olivia Manoa lead the way on defense. It was a great way to bounce back after a tough loss on Tuesday. Now we get back in the gym to prepare for Huron League play and a tough match up coming with Airport next week. Great job tonight ladies.
