The Huron JV Girls Basketball team lost to the Airport Jets by a score of 37-30. The Chiefs were shorthanded and only playing with 8 players who all fought and played a really tough game. Cheyenne Huziak led the fight with 9 points and several steals. Courtney Balazs was at the point guard and because of the shortage of players had to play all 32 minutes of the game. She played outstanding scoring 5 points, dishing 3 assists, and also having several steals. Katie Koszykowski played her best game of the season scoring 6 points and grabbing many important rebounds for the Chiefs.
