The Huron/Flat Rock/Taylor girls swam the SMISL Relay meet today at Dundee High School. Huron finishes 6th of 7 teams with 126 points. Dundee won the meet with 502, followed by Grosse Ile - 402, Riverview - 364, Lincoln High School - 170, Erie Ida - 128 and SMCC - 120.

The HFRT girls swam very well overall with every member of the team going home with at least one medal in hand! HFRT had two 5th place finishes; one in the 200 Free Relay of Toki, Saksewski, Sypula, Dooley, and the other in the 200 Under/Over Relay of Dooley, Saksewski, Sypula and Toki. Two 7th place finishes by the 200 Medley Relay of Sypula, Vaughan, Toki, Saksewski, and the 200 Yard Fly Relay of Sypula, Saksewski, Dooley and White. In 8th place was the 200 Yard Free Relay of Moutos, Vaughan, Carrell and White, In 9th place was the 200 Yard Medley Relay of Wellman, Moutos, Carrell and White. in 10th place was the 500 Yard Free Relay of Germain, Helm, Covieo, Taylor, the 300 Yard Medley Relay of Ross, Toki and Vaughan, the 200 Backstroke Relay of Covieo, Moutos, Wellman and Carrell and the 700 Yard Free Relay of Covieo, Graves, White and Helmo. in 11th place was the 300 Yard Medley Relay of Griffin, Carrell, and Graves, and the 200 Yard Backstroke Relay of Kramer, Taylor, Graces and Bradley.

HFRT swims a dual meet on Thursday 9/12 at 6:00pm at home (Taylor High School Pool).
