MASON CONSOLIDATED SCHOOLS: 92
The Huron/Flat Rock/Taylor girls hosted their first home meet of the season tonight against Erie Mason/Ida. Mason was victorious in a close meet 79-92. In the loss, the HFRT girls had some amazing swims. Liz Wadsworth finished in the 50 free (season best time) and 100 back, Rae Shick finished 2nd in the 200 free and 3rd in the 500 free (both season best times), Skylar Dooley finished 2nd in the 100 fly, 1-2-3 in the 100 free with Jillian Sypula (season best), Emily Saksewski and Hannah Krebs, and 1-2 in the 400 free relays of A: Saksewski, Dooley, Sypula and Wadsworth and B: Shick, Gonzalez, Vaughan and Krebs.
Overall, the HFRT girls has 30 season/personal best swims. HFRT's next meet is Tuesday 10/2 at Lincoln Park.
