The girls track and field team from Huron left the Regional Meet at Milan on Friday Celebrating! 

Kelsey Trombly finished 2nd place in shot put with a distance of 33'9 earning herself a spot at State Finals. 

Madelyn Barbour finished 1st Place, set a new school record of 47.70 and qualified for state finals in the 300m hurdles. 

Elizabeth Anderson continued her streak earning 1st place in the 100m dash, 200m dash and 400m dash earning herself a spot on the track at MHSAA state finals in all 3 events. Liz also broke her own school record in the 400m with a time of 56.90. 

The Chiefs rounded out a successful day by finishing 4th place out of 15 in what has proven to be an incredibly tough region. 

Jordan Hickey added to the Chiefs points by earning 5th place in long jump with a PR of 15'11.

Breeann Roupe High Jump/8th

Madelyn Barbour 100m hurdles/5th

The MHSAA Track and Field State Finals will be held on Saturday June 3rd at Forest Hills Eastern HS.
