The Huron Girls Track Team had a fantastic day on Saturday. The weather was beautiful and for the first time this season fully automatic timing was used. The Chiefs ended up finishing 4th out of 13 teams in the meet scoring 58 points. 
Elizabeth Anderson took 1st in the 100/200 and 2nd in the 400. She set 2 new school records with a time of 58.09 in the 400 and 25.07 in the 200m.

Another standout performance of the day came from Madelyn Barbour. She earned 3rd place in both the 100m/300m hurdles and ran the first leg of the 4x200m and 4x400m relay. All 4 events earned PRs for the season. 

Maddie Singer and Jordan Hickey tied for 4th/5th place and both set season PRs in long jump with a distance of 14'7.5. 

Other personal bests for the season were ran by Maddie Singer in the 100, Jordan Hickey in the 200, Cara Bean and Natalie Carlile in the 1600m run, Amaya Golovich in the 300m hurdles, the 400m relay (J. Hickey/E. Randles/N. Hale/M. Singer), 800m Relay (M. Barbour/M. Singer/C. Evans/L. Anderson), and the 4x400m Relay (M. Barbour/B. Roupe/E. Randles/C. Evans).
