The Lady Chiefs finished 6th in the tough Huron League this year. Battling injuries and illness the entire season, the girls from New Boston Huron gave performances to be proud of on 5/22 at Milan and showed the league that the Chiefs won't back down.
Stand out performances include:
Ellie FIchtner: 1st in long jump (16'5), 3rd in the 100m dash (13.08), 2nd in the 200m dash (27.44), as well as running the last leg in the 1st place 4x200m relay.
Kailah Mahon: 5th in Discus with a season high distance of 99'2.
Sam Keller: 6th place in the high hurdles (18.01).
Abbey Biundo: 4th place in the 400m dash (65.75) and a leg in the 1st place 4x200m relay.
Earning first place and All League were Caitlin Roupe, Hannah Petroski, Abbey Biundo, and Ellie Fichtner running 1:52.87 in the 4x200m relay.
