The New Boston Huron Chief finished 13th in the region on 5/19/18 at Milan HS.
The girls all ran hard and many PR were set.
Earning her spot in the MHSAA DIvision 2 state finals, Ellie Fichtner had a stand out day. She instantly qualified in long jump with a jump of 16'6.75 and finishing 2nd place, earned her spot at states in the 200m with a time of 27.33.
The 4x200m relay team, consisting of Caitlin Roupe, Abbey Biundo, Hannah Petroski, and Ellie Fichtner, narrowly missed the school record and earned a regional medal by finishing 5th place.
