GROSSE ILE HIGH SCHOOL: 1
Lady Chiefs headed to Grosse Ile on this cold and windy day. Looking for a win they started off the inning with 3 runs early. Jackson singled and scored on the following at bat when Kuzara drove her in. Kuzara worked her way to third base where Sic drove her in. And from there Robbins scored Sic. Greggo had a perfect game going through the fourth where she gave up a walk. But only allowed one run to score on the day. She struck out three and threw well. Keeping hitters off balance all game long. Defense played an errorless game as well which was really nice to see.
Chiefs added 1 in the third inning and four more in the 5th, coasting to an 8-1 win.
