Huron Varsity Chiefs had all cylinders firing on offense on Wednesday, winning big over Riverview 10-1
Rylie Greggo led things off in the pitcher's circle for Huron Varsity Chiefs. Greggo allowed four hits and one run over seven innings, striking out ten.
Huron Varsity Chiefs tallied one home run on the day. Emma Sic went deep in the fifth inning.
Erin Newman went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Huron Varsity Chiefs in hits.  Huron Varsity Chiefs didn't commit a single error in the field. Sic had  nine chances in the field, the most on the team.

"Kids surprised me today. It has been a long week, we came off a pretty tight game yesterday. I wasn't sure where we would be energy wise. I think being home, helped a ton. Our comfort zone is always a good place to be and they really had a calmness about them today. We didn't start hitting until the third inning but one of the biggest changes from yesterday was in Greggo. Musallam carried us yesterday and Greggo did her part today. Actually the best I've seen her throw. She racked up 10 strike outs on the day. Ball was moving well and had velocity today. Thats a big step forward for her, for us. Add in the 11 hits and 10 runs, we really had a great day. "
