GROSSE ILE HIGH SCHOOL: 6
The 7th grade Huron Baseball team completed the sweep of the doubleheader when they defeated Grosse Ile 7-6 in the second game. The Chiefs were down 6-4 entering the last inning before Rory Callahan blasted a 3-run home run to win the game for the Chiefs. Rory also pitched 3 solid innings before Marco Tyultki came in and pitched 2 great innings of relief to help the Chiefs win the game. The Chiefs are 2-0 on the season and play at home next Tuesday against Flat Rock.
