The Chiefs had their first solid win of the season, improving their record to 2-8 versus the Milan Big Red Hawks Monday afternoon with a score of 32 to 23.  They led from start to finish and maintained a well-balanced attack from the whole team.  Josh Hendrix led with 7 points, while also adding 6 rebounds and 2 steals.  A few notable stats....Ethan Woolery had 2 big blocks, a steal and 2 rebounds, while Logan Munroe got his first bucket of the season.  He drained a 3 in the first quarter while also grabbing an impressive 5 rebounds.  Cole Roberts also contributed significant minutes adding 6 rebounds, a steal and an assist.  Gavin Moczydlowski (6 pts), Rory Callahan (6 pts), Nik Crispin (4 pts), Jeffrey Bowers (3 pts), and Derek Anderson (3 pts) all added to the offensive attack.  The Chiefs have 3 games in 4 days this week to finish out the season and take on a feisty Summit Dragon team on Wednesday who doubled them up the last time they played.  The Chiefs are planning a different approach Wednesday, seeing that one Summit player controlled the outcome of that whole game.  They hope to find a way to neutralize the hot hand.  Hope to see you there.
